Our work is grounded in a deep understanding of Saudi Arabia’s legal and regulatory environment, while remaining connected to the realities of cross-border transactions, international partnerships, and global business expansion.

The firm was co-founded by senior legal advisors whose careers span private practice, government leadership, and international business. Our chairman, Dr. Hadi bin Ali Mohammed Alyami, has been licensed to practise law in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia since 1994 — with a career spanning legal advisory, legislative development, governance, and public international law. He served two consecutive terms on the Saudi Shura Council, chairing the Human Rights and Oversight Bodies Committee, and represented the Kingdom in international forums including the United Nations in Geneva.

Today, Adelons operates from Riyadh and Dubai, supporting governments, institutions, and corporates across Saudi Arabia, the wider GCC, Europe, and China — combining the regional depth of three decades of practice with the international reach our clients increasingly require.
