About Adelons

Adelons is the international practice and cross-border advisory arm of the Arab Center for Law, established to advise businesses, investors, financial institutions, entrepreneurs, state-owned enterprises, and governments on strategic legal, regulatory, and commercial matters involving the Middle East, Europe, China, Central Asia, and Africa.

Led from Riyadh through the Arab Center for Law and supported by international relationships and qualified professionals across selected jurisdictions, Adelons brings together senior legal advisors whose backgrounds span private practice, government, and international business. Adelons supports sovereign entities, sovereign wealth funds, multinational corporations, financial institutions, family offices, privately held businesses, and technology companies on cross-border transactions, investments, and disputes spanning multiple jurisdictions.

The practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital, banking and finance, capital markets, regulatory matters, and dispute resolution and complex litigation. Working across Arabic, English, Italian, and Spanish, Adelons supports clients investing and building across the Gulf, Europe, China, Central Asia, and Africa.

Our Lawyers and Advisors

The lawyers and advisors supporting Adelons are internationally trained, multilingual, and drawn from leading legal, governmental, and commercial institutions. They bring together technical legal excellence with a deep understanding of the political, regulatory, and cultural environments in which clients operate.

As the international practice and cross-border advisory arm of the Arab Center for Law, Adelons combines senior Saudi-licensed lawyers, international legal advisors, sector specialists, and emerging talent to deliver sophisticated, pragmatic, and execution-focused advice on international transactions, disputes, investments, and regulatory matters.

The Arab Center for Law’s Chairman, Dr. Hadi bin Ali Alyami, has been licensed to practise law in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia since 1994. His career spans legal advisory work, legislative development, governance, and public international law at the highest institutional level. He served two consecutive terms on the Saudi Shura Council, where he chaired the Human Rights and Oversight Bodies Committee, and has represented the Kingdom in international forums, including the United Nations in Geneva.

Our Approach

Adelons was established as the international practice and cross-border advisory arm of the Arab Center for Law to support clients whose interests cross borders as a matter of course, not exception. Matters are handled by Saudi-licensed lawyers, international legal advisors, and sector specialists who understand the commercial and regulatory context on each side of a transaction or dispute, not simply the law on paper. This distinction is particularly important where a matter involves different legal traditions, languages, regulatory expectations, and business cultures.

Senior practitioners remain closely involved throughout each matter, from initial strategy through execution. As part of the Arab Center for Law, Adelons is structured to provide responsive, focused, and execution-oriented support while drawing on the Center’s legal experience, institutional knowledge, and international relationships.
